1 French bread stick, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon olive oil ⅓ cup mayonnaise 2-3 teaspoons wasabi paste 400g thinly sliced rare roast beef 16 watercress sprigs
Roast your own piece of beef if liked – allow 15-20 minutes per 500g and bake in a hot oven, 200°C
